Harness the Power of Zero-Mindedness
What would
happen if you could achieve business success without owning any assets,
but could simply enjoy the benefits of them? What if companies were able
to react instantly to changing circumstances by operating in negative
time? What if you didn't need management to run your business?
In a knowledge-based
economy, the speed of innovation,
the shortening of product cycles, and the complexity of offerings required
by an increasingly demanding consumer all require organizations that are
all brains and no body. Most of all, organizations require a degree of
'zero-mindedness' that is alien to most managers today. Yet it is that
very zero-mindedness that is the key to success.
Companies can mix the eight key features of Zero Space into
an approach that suits them and their business needs best. Furthermore
CEO's, managers and consultants need to become zero-minded. This means
simply letting go of all those restricting pre-conceived ideas and notions,
that were dominant in the industrial economy. It's about emptying your
mind about the barriers that exist. Zero Space allows people to leave
their comfort zone and get past the limits of what is possible in organizations.
Just as organizations will have to exist in less tangible, less prescribed
forms, so will thinking have to become less departmentalized, less closely
guarded. This 'zero mind-set' targets knowledge so that an organization
applies it when and where it is really needed.
